Because we feel that every patient deserves the finest of care and every physician's office deserves the finest of equipment, services and staff, we developed the "Cardiac Monitoring Triage Protocol, which was initially developed by Board Certified Cardiologists, Electrophysiologists and our Clinical Nurse Supervisor, to provide a near real-time assessment of a patient’s ECG data, utilizing our state-of-the art wireless remote devices.
Underpinning Heart Smart's “Cardiac Monitoring Triage Protocol” are our state of the art wireless devices and 24/7/365 Monitoring Center personnel. Not every device is suited for every condition and patient. We feel that by matching specialized devices to each suspected condition and patient, physicians can maximize their diagnostic data. Then, when there is an arrhythmia, our Certified and highly experienced 24/7 ECG technicians will analyze the data, create comprehensive reports and proceed as indicated.
Because we are locally owned and privately financed, we are able search the marketplace for the finest FDA cleared devices available, as well as the ability to offer more plan and service options than National Competitors, without the pressure of stock holders and corporate profits.
Heart Smart’s service options include Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT), wireless event monitoring and holter monitoring. All of our services detect, record and wirelessly transmit ECG data to our 24/7 monitoring staff for analysis, report generation and appropriate responses. Our 24/7 monitoring centers are Medicare certified IDTFs and of course, are US based.
To keep this technology widely available, we maintain a high standard of accessibility. Our services are accepted by most insurance plans. Additionally, we offer monthly subscription plans to offset costs and make this technology available to everyone.
We utilize the finest digital holter recorders for our web-based holter scanning service. With our HIPAA-Compliant secure web site, you will receive the fully analyzed, beat by beat report within 24 hours, if not sooner. Various financial options are available.
Separate and apart from Holter, the AMA recognizes the need for multi-day ECG monitoring. This product allows for in-office download and report generation. No longer is there a need to mail out the device to a third party for analysis and report generation.
